Ruisi Tu Study Abroad and China Enterprise News Group Colombo visited the National Defence University and reached a preliminary cooperation intention with the Vice Chancellor on cross-border talent training project cooperation.

To deeply practice the Belt and Road Initiative, deepen practical cooperation in the education sector between China and Sri Lanka, and promote the development of cross-border talent cultivation and industry-education integration, Fu Qiang, Vice President of China Enterprise News Group, led a delegation from the Overseas International Exchange Center and Beijing Ruisi Tu Study Abroad Consulting Service Co., Ltd. to visit the General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University of Sri Lanka. Discussions were held with high-level representatives from the university, including Major General Dammika Kumara, Vice Chancellor of General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University, and Professor Charitha L Goonasekara, Head of Department at General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University. The discussions focused on specific cooperation areas such as international university-enterprise cooperation, cross-border talent cultivation, deep integration of industry and education, joint discipline development, academic exchange, international student cultivation, and think tank cooperation. Several practical cooperation ideas and suggestions were put forward, and a preliminary consensus was reached on authorizing the recruitment of Chinese international students.
